Matrix is not being sold anymore even though its a monster. That means you wouldnt the get the never settle bundle with it.

Don't get an XFX. They are rubbish. Noisy as my German Shepard barking....

Which card have you got. Mine and my friend's 7770 work fine and dont make much noise. Maybe you have done wrong or you thought that one fan would be enough.

XFX are decent but in the world you get what you pay for. XFX are great for the lower end companies but Sapphire are maybe one of the best and they come with premium prices a lot of the time. Sapphire are awesome but that doesnt make XFX a complete no go. If you wanna save some money and still have decent performance then XFX is fine.

I had no choice. I had a sapphire 7970. It broke. I waited 31days for Scan to work out it was broken. They offered me a windforce card with a horrid blue pcb. I asked for that one instead since it had a black pcb. I would have chose sapphire again but they didn't have any at the time. however I then waited another 13days for the xfx to arrive since they didn't actually have it in stock. Ironically the sapphire was exactly the same price as the XFX card is now when I bought it in august 2012....so money isn't the reason.

Also with XFX. The psu for my mother's pc is by them. Whilst pluging the ssd into sata power I mange to somehow break of 3 locking head plastic bits. Turned out they use super cheapo plastic.

I never wanted or liked XFX but that was their chance. It was blown.

God i hate scan. Ariapc is much better, 1day for products to arrive. I send a faulty dvd drive back, they replaced it in 3days. Great customer service. Better prices as well from what ive seen.
