yeah could increase voltage or lower your clock, to run stability you should let it run for 3+ hours, I tend to run it overnight.

Yes, that indicates an unstable OC. Bump up the voltage and play games for a few hours and see what happens.

ok so im playing BF4 to test out, if the land is flickering in the distance does that mean i need more voltage?

yeah flickering or artifacting means you are quite a bit off, so then you will definitely need more voltage (although more likely just a lower clock). What is your OC at right now?
