Software for animations in video editing

Hi guys! :)

 

I can't really find software where i can do what i want. I am making a Dutch video on how websites work and want some animations like (small) images dropping in the frame or text popping up.

I have trial versions of Vegas Pro and Photoshop but i can't find out how to do it.

 

I can't really find a good tutorial so i'm wondering if i'm using the right software.
