Still fighting my new computer to get it to recognize the m.2 ssd, fighting since Thursday.

 

I made a Win 7 UEFI USB to start the whole thing with f6flby-x64 version13.2.4.1000.  Says it is not compatible with my board which is an Asus X99 Deluxe.  Everywhere I read this is the raid driver people are using, so not sure why not working.  Any ideas?

 

I also ordered a Samsung XP941 PICe 2.0 x 4 m.2 today.

I am not completely sure that the Plextor with the m+g socket is able to work.  The Samsung is an "m" only, and my manual does say only the m is supported.  However, my g.skills are not supported either and they work.

 

In for a penny in for a pound at this point.
