What cpu are you talking about?

As said above, reset bios so the OC will be gone and the pc will boot with deafult bios, if it still doesn't work, then RIP CPU.

Clear CMOS, which should set your BIOS settings to default.

Did you try clearing CMOS and going back to stock speeds?

I think your cpu is broken

Try resetting the BIOS by using the clear CMOS button or unplugging and re-plugging the CMOS battery.

There's a silver circle on the mobo, remove it for 30 secs, put it back, plug the pc back, and turn on the pc and pray.

I know you had it at 5.13GHz with only 1.351v. Since that's all you said in one of your earlier topics and didn't take a screenshot of CPU-Z with it at 5GHz.

No actually few of guys here where thinking 4.51ghz is the limit and i'm bullshiting agout 5.13ghz .i'm only concerned bout temps coz with CM hyper 212X temps hit the 82C mark after almost an hour and i heard about alot on youtube even if you are stable 80+C is a deadzone don't cross . i just lift it up 100mhz to show dear buddys 4.5 is not limit i'm just staying here coz of my peace of mind that i'm in safe temp zone. if temps remain under 70C i'll run it OC 5.13ghz 24/7 .with H75 kit
