Possible SLI mod help

Ehi guys it's me again...

Just wondering something that some of you may be able to confirm...

I just bought myself a new motherboard, an MSI 890GXM-G65... I really struggled to get my hands on one and I know some have said bad things about it but it won't be my main daily driver so...

I got it with an auction and ended up paying 40$ for it!!

The problem is I have 2 GTS 450s in two different PCs and I would really like to put them together..

The mobo has two pci-e which if both in use split in 8x/8x mode so sli compliant there... Is there a software mod to enable SLI on this board? Don't care if is old and everything I want to get them running as is no modification planned for now... Can someone help me??

Thanks mate!!! Looks promising!! Will definitely look into it!!! Just have to order a SLI bridge for them puppies!!

An update for who might be interested in SLI HACKS!!!

First try and it's awesomely good!!

Used "335.23 drivers" with "Different SLI 1.2"

I went from my original Graphics score of   8197   to   15791   !!!

The cards are a bit on the toasty side but I got them working A-ok!!!!

 

AND WITHOUT THE F--KING SLI BRIDGE 'COS I DON'T HAVE ONE!!!!!

 

 

THE SPECSSSS :)

 

Mobo: MSI 890GXM-G65

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955BE @ 4.0Ghz

VGA: Gainward GTS 450 GOOD 1Gb GDDR5  -  X2

Cooler: Thermaltake Contact29

RAM: Corsair XMS3 1600mhz cl9  -  2x4Gb

Case: Acer Veriton M430G

PSU: Is a 650w I don't know the brand...
