Which headset to buy?

I am trying to decide which headset to buy for christmas but im not sure which one is better for the money.

 

My budget is around £70.

 

These are the two I have been looking at so far.

I would go for some superlux headphones and a modmic. The combo will likely be better than most headsets you can buy for a similar price.
