Which one would be best for gaming? 

ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Newegg.com

GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-Gaming 7 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Newegg.com   My setup that I am buying is:
  1. MSI Gaming N760 TF 2GD5/OC G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

No need for Z97 if you get a locked cpu... buy a H97 mobo. Btw motherboards usually dont really affect gaming performance.

No need for Z97 if you get a locked cpu... buy a H97 mobo.

maybe consider a 4690k?  otherwise go with a h97 board as suggested above

they are about the same but if you want to get the msi krait its a bit cheaper but if you getting a locked cpu get the asrock h97 anniversery edition

I'm not really on a tight budget. I'm just looking for parts that would help run PC games pretty well.

the motherboard does not affect the performance much and the motherboard i showed you is cheap and good and the gpu has the biggest affect on performance and the 760 is a great gpu
