Receiving Streaming/Media ITX build!

Hey guys!

I was thinking of building a small form-factor PC to put beside my TV in the family room. The main uses are for it to stream YouTube videos, Netflix movies, Twitch Streams, and play some games in 720p with Steam (Must have decent graphics). My two complications are that is has to be near silent and it has to have HDMI out. My family room is also on the border of my wireless router range (It will be on wireless network not wired), so maybe you people could suggest something for my networking. Please give me some sample builds and recommendations. I am just collecting ideas. Any information will be very helpful!
