Cheap laptops/tablets?

I just want a portable computer with a 1080p screen to watch movies on. Suggestions?

 

EDIT: Just realized there is a portable section, didn't see it. Sorry!  Can someone move or delete this for me?

Missed the part about 1080p.

 

Asus MemoPad 7. it's slightly greater than 1080p (it's 1080p's 16:10 brother) 1920x1200. Same as a Macbook Retina.
