3Ds Max mouse problem

OK so from today on, whenever i try to pan/scale/move (or utilise my mouse in any way but click-select) it moves my mouse from the secodary monitor that i have the viewport on, to the main monitor, which then basically means i cant do anything, since all the operations are unaccurate and completly unusable...

 

any thoughts?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again :P

Have you updated your GPU drivers?
