HD Gaming & light 3D modelling/animating computer

Hello Everyone!
I'd like to build a computer to do some HD gaming, fairly casually though, and some 3D modelling & animating on Blender 3DS Max and maybe some other programs if I get around to learning them.

I live in Australia and would like to spend less than $3,000 AUD on this build.

Below is an image of parts I've mocked up, I'd like to keep the case, but anything else I'm open to suggestions for alternatives.

Just to add, I'd like to run 2 1080p monitors, I have one but am looking at a second one, the main one I'll be using. I'd like it to have really good colours so making 3D models come out as vibrant as possible, and for it to work as well as possible in modern games' high settings.

I already have keyboard, mouse and headphones.
