Spoiler: 980 wins performance wise in most cases, runs cooler, and requires less wattage.

 

The 290x has had it's price dropped by a ton.

The thing is I can get 2x290x for 1 GTX980 so I decided to get 2x290x I think now and will get next year 2x980Ti so yeah :D
