Hi, I want to change some parts in my computer and need some help.

I mostly use my computer for movies and gaming.

I have decided to buy:http://www.amazon.com/MSI-R9-270X-DisplayPort-PCI-Express/dp/B00FR6XP6I/?&tag=bom-tomshardware-20

What Monitor should I chose? I don't want to spend more than 200$

And I want to upgrade the RAM, PSU and Hard drive and I have no clue on these topics.

100$ tops for each.

I got:
CPU - AMD FX 6100 six- core
Motherboard - Sabertooth 990FX
RAM - x2 Crosair Vengence 4gb
Storage - Don't know how to check
Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 5700 series
Power Supply - I think It's Ace Black 650W ATX but I don't know how to check
Case - CM Storm Scout

System - Windows 7 64bit

If possible get a 280. 8 GB of ram is fine, so's a 650W PSU. If you have at least 1tb and it's just for games and a few movies it'll be fine. It's a better idea to get an SSD if you don't have one already

One day I will have my GTX 970. One day. PC specs are at my profile.

Not sure how to check what part works with what? Check out my compatibility guide!

So I found this: http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Radeon-Display-PCI-Express-GV-R928WF3OC-3GD/dp/B00J41A5GK/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1418455258&sr=1-1&keywords=r9+280

Does the build look good if I swap the graphics cards?

And What Monitor should I use to that gpu?

Starting to get confused about this.
