Fixed the issue. The CPU was not placed in the socket properly. Easy fix. Learned a lesson. Don't build computers at 2 in the morning

bend or broken of pins. Or just post it here, but make sure the quality is good. maybe the cooler removeall pushed on some pins or the CPU is ripped.

I have checked through all of the pins and the socket as well. The camera is very good at HD pictures. I have looked through all of the pins and I think I found my issue but I am not sure yet. (It might not have been seeted properly. But I will keep updated.)
