Stress test

Hi,My system started slowing a bit and it started to freeze from time to time when I open a video or something like that.

I want to stress test my system.

Which programs do you recommend for me?

I Found for the cpu the IntleBurnTest And I was wondering if its good and on which settings to use it.

De-fragment your system.

Run disk clean up and error checker.

 

Possible reinstall of windows.

 

If that don't fix the speed issue, then check the thermal paste on your cpu cooler, might be time for some fresh thermal paste. (make sure you have new paste before you check it)

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
