In my BIOS you go peripherals, GFX settings, and disable onboard. Might be different for yours though.

tried and still not working, and already set my bios to default

Are the cords plugged into the card or the mobo?

Install the latest Omega 14.12 driver. Disable or enable Dual Graphic option in CCC.
