turns out it wasnt the cooler either. Its the case fans I have. I plugged all of them through my mobo and it overloaded it somehow. Im not sure how I would install my fans otherwise though. These ones dont come with power cables with them.

But you can´t set the max/min. rpm

The fans run @100% rpm

I fixed the issue now with messing with the BIOS a little bit. Now its so damn LOUD!

I just downloaded corsair link software to control them a bit, but my noctua fans are still running at 1800rpm and cant get them to go lower.
