I don't know of a way to split two media audio sources up, but you can make it so skype goes through one channel and everything else through another.

you meant 2 different audio source to 2 different output?

i've once tried to hook my itunes to my speaker and my games to my headphone...

i used a program call virtual audio cable (VAC) http://download.cnet.com/Virtual-Audio-Cable/3000-2168_4-10067766.html

what it does is setting different output for different source.. didnt work so well on my x64 os thou. you can give it a try and maybe share something with me? :)
