Overclocking Casuing More Frame Dips?

Hey guys, so I'm trying to tune my OC. I've got 1150 as the safe point, and 1175 causing artifacts. I noticed when I set it to 1160 that I got worse performance. Is this possible or am I doing something wrong? I'm using Mafia 2 to test performance.

Sounds like its a bit wobbly.  go 1155 and if its still jittery you've probably found your limit :/
