Game randomly freezing, help

Hey all, advanced warfare and bo2 are randomly freezing and won't let me exit therefore I have to restart my computer. I can play about 1-2 1/2 matched on advanced warfare and it freezes. I have kind of narrowed it down to steam as all other non steam games do not freeze. My connection is always a 4-5 bar so not my connection. If anyone knows any way to fix this please let me know.

1. theres a few things that will help qos is one

2.go to a fibre optic internet with lightning fast speeds of  1gig it takes seconds to download a 1 gig file

playing online is overkill.no lag

4. change your page file to allow for larger load or use a sql server
