Hi Guys,

I need help picking a case, larger mid-sized case or full tower should be fine.

Using 1HDD, 1SSD, Cooler Master Hyper212X, Full ATX Mobo, Asus STRIX 970 Graphics Card, EVGA SuperNova G2 750W PSU.

Good build quality, not too expensive, relatively silent and good cooling is desired.

Have a look at our options in Australia on this website: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=25

I do like the look of the 760T but it is very pricey, the Define R5 also looks good, the Corsair 230T looks like a good budget option. Any other ideas?

Thanks heaps guys I look forward to hearing from you all.

Quiet - Fractal R5 / H440

Cooling - Enthoo Pro / 450D

Clean looks - H440 / 450D

All of these are excellent cases, and it comes down to personal preferences about what you need most.  Personally I prefer the looks of the H440 and the 450D over the Enthoo and the R5, however I need the ODD bay so I'm getting the 450D and making a stealth drive mod for my build.  Otherwise, I would probably get the H440.

Also by the way, if you're ordering this month Mwave have a free shipping deal for your entire order if you purchase anything from the selected range of processors, SSDs, etc. http://www.mwave.com.au/catalog/intel-xmas-14

Ok new problem guys, If I get it shipped from PCCG (eastern states) it cost about $80 more so I need to get it from a West Australian website, I'm already getting stuff from MSY so it makes sense to get my case from there to save money.

This really limits my options to corsair cases or the fractal design define R5 as they dont have Phanteks or NZXT

Yeah shipping is outrageously expensive.  I was originally going to order parts from my build from CPL Online as their prices are usually a few dollar less than elsewhere, but it's almost twice the price for shipping in comparison to PCCG and they're both located in Melbourne (what gives?)...

I think the 230T has a similar layout to the 450D, so they should both offer good airflow (the 450D definitely does) and both look good with led front fans if you want to go that route in future.  Unfortunately MSY doesn't seem to stock the version of the 230T with the side window if that's your sort of thing.  The R5 and R4 are also good cases if you want something quieter (although I don't think they have the R5 in stock).  You could also look at some Cooler Master and Thermaltake cases.  I can't really vouch for their quality as I haven't done any research on them, but they do seem fairly affordable, if you like their styling.  Personally I don't particularly like most of CM's case designs with the exception of the HAF X.  You might also want to look into the Antec One, 100 or 300, they look fairly decent aesthetically, however I don't know how they stack up to the competition.
