Speed up pentium D

So I have a pentium D 840 overclocked to 3.76ghz and it is still slow. How can I make the cpu faster somehow without spending any money. Plan on it to run a minecraft server 24/7

Windows 7

Gs 9500

1tb wd black

Pentium d 840

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

Heat sink was cleaned yesterday, also put some artic silver 7 I on it and I reached the limit of overclocking :(. Then there's nothing to do. Thanks anyways. Also the mobo can only handle 3gb 3.12 usable. I threw 4gb of ram in there already
