nvidia reference GTX 660 fan problem

so my problem is that my video cards fan is not spinning till i put fan speed to over 80 % on msi afterburner and it bogs when the speed is 80-85 i dont know whats wrong with it so pls help. im scary that it overheats. PS im not pro at computers

Sounds like the fan is failing on it, I would look at getting an aftermarket air cooler if you can't find a replacement fan for it.

Check the back of the card for anzthing broken of or such, and check the fan header *if its accesable(

Well, I suggest you start learning right about now. Take it out, then apart. Prolly full of dirt and needs new thermal paste.

yeah its 2 years old gonna check if theres something with it or then im gonna buy new fan if its available  :)
