Well, this build is for a friend. He's not really into gaming, plays sometimes on consoles, trying to switch over. No peripherals needed.

350$ on average on PcPartpicker will be fine. Things on our end can be slightly more expensive, not much of a problem. Budget is slightly expandable.

but the A10-7850K will be the best APU to get if you add a few more dollars

 

the 7700 has 384 shaders vs the 512 in the 7850K

 

big difference in terms of GPU power

 

A78 chipset is still ok for the A10 but the VRMs are not cooled which why many will suggest A88X for more OC options and heatsinked VRMs

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
