Are there any true full cover waterblocks for a EVGA GTX SC 680 signature 2GB card? I've already checked coolingconfigurator and EK does not have one.

That's a reference card so pretty much the majority of blocks should fit.  Don't be fooled by the Superclocked label.  As far as I know the only EVGA cards that have a different PCB layout than reference are the Classified cards and possibly the new ACX cards although I can't say for sure on the latter.
