I am planning on building a computer around February for my birthday.

1. Budget & Location
$1500, can go a little tiny bit higher ($1650) if necessary, Brisbane Australia.

2. Aim
Play GTA V, ETS 2, ATS (coming soon), FSX, and Prepar3d. I need a good processor because FSX and Prepar3d utilise a lot of the CPU.

3. Monitors
Probably 2 monitors, I already have one monitor. However, I will only run my games on 1 monitor.

4. Peripherals
Getting peripherals as part of my birthday present so peripherals don't need to be included.

5. Why are you upgrading?
I am upgrading because right now my computer is almost 5 years old and is AMD/ATI based which causes graphical issues in FSX.

So there is all the info, just want to restate that I need powerful processor because FSX and Prepar3d use more CPU than the GPU.

Another thing that I would prefer to have is a GTX 970 because I think that they have good performance for the price.

Thank you in advance,

Made this build based off yours, I think the motherboard is slightly different because yours didn't have a price. I also changed to a semi modular power supply because I have a non modular one right now and the extra cables were difficult to manage.
