Any good Vpns

I'm looking for a cheap VPN that i can game with and still have a good ping. this is because my school blocks steam during the week so in my own free time i can only play downloaded games or cant play on the EA servers either. anyway any suggestions?

I'm using Private internet access currently. It's pretty nifty, though the SOCKS5 proxy they provide is spotty sometimes. 

 

Bandwidth and latency is pretty good, and despite being a US based company apparently they don't keep logs. Though I'm not doing anything particularly heinous so it's not a problem for me.
