I assume not in windows if it is blue screening? All of the overclock utlites record temps but I assume that is now wat you are looking for

Well I mean if the software can save automatically when laptop shuts down and I can read afterwards it's fine.

I would go for easy HWMonitor: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

for a general view and http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ for more detailed information.

I do not know id they can save automatically however you shouldn't need it.

just run furmark or some intesive gpu benchmark looking at the temps and gpu usage.

Goodluck!!

Yeah HWMonitor don't save the max after reset... I guess I will time in-game beore it crashes and time furmark before and crashe and see if there is a relation. Furmark would generate way more heat than arma 3 at 1080p at low, correct?

yeah, it will max out the gpu all the time creating the worst scenario possible.

It saves data to the Log file every time the sensors refresh so in my clients case: Every 1 second while log to file is enabled

Edit: The log file will contain all the data from the sensors you see

It flushes its write output every interval (e.g. set sensor refresh rate). So it will log all the way up until the program dies. Which should be enough to give you an understanding of how hot the machine was right before the blue screen.
