white tiny dots while idling

Hey guys I just bought a gtx 660 super clocked, when it is idling you see white dots everywhere nut when in load it is perfect do you think I should return it and buy a 660 ti I have prime so it would be simple :) can't find anything in google about this maybe its dying ??????

I would return it. Perhaps you could take some screen shots? Does this not happen when gaming/underload?
