New computer not working

Just git all the new parts, tryed to assemble... Aaannnndddd nothing... When I hit the power button the fans start to rev up but then just die within a second. Checked using a differant power supply, checked plugging the power button into other parts of the motherboard and nothing

Check to see if all the power cables are connected. also try popping the CMOS batter out for a few seconds and putting it back in (reset the bios settings)

The ram and harddrive did, but the rest of the parts are unused, also even the power supply fan comes on for only a second then turns off

 

Try taking everything out of the case and build testbench on mobo box or something.
