so i made a build not relizing my gpu deost have a vga post and i dont have a HD moniter and dont have money for one so what agre some good GPU's for gaming that have a VGA port

You don't need a gpu with a vga port. Every port can convert to VGA win a $5 converter.

what is the converter like a what port to VGA? becasue the card i picked has a DVI-D a DVI-I and HDMI

Not if they only have a DVI-D port, the 290 and 290X only has a DVI-D port which means you can't convert to VGA.
