Battlefield 4 stutter issues! >:O

I know, theres tons of threads like this but Im pretty fucking stumped.

AsRock Z77 Extreme4

8gb @ 1333mhz

GTX 760 SC still OCing.

Corsair 450D

WD Caviar Blue 1TB read @ 184.6MB/s & write 180MB/s

EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W

Alright so this just recently happened after I moved into my new case, mobo and PSU, so I get random drops to about 30 FPS and it usually runs at 80, its distracting as fuck and bothers the shit out of me. It also never happened on Win 7, any ideas guys?

Same, it's maxing out my RAM and I have to close everything and turn Windows Aero off to get absolutely no stuttering. 

Otherwise I'm at 7/8GB with jumps to 7.3 causing stuttering. 

With Aero off and nothing else open (notably Chrome) I'm at 4-5GB.

Confuses the fuck out of me shits pissing me off, I love the battlefield games and this is starting to change my mind.

Maybe try disabling Origin in game, if you haven't already. Or close MSI Afterburner if you have it on. Someone people reported these solved their stuttering issue.
