Im planning on building a pc soon and i need help deciding the parts.

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/eugenes99/saved/bCyQzy

This is my current plan but i would like the price to be lowered as much as possible. Preferably to around 1.5k

I want the best gaming performance possible. Also going to use it for schoolwork and surfing the web.

Btw this is in canadian dollars, os and peripherals included and including tax

I put windows in this build but im looking for other os recommendations.

Thank you

This is a fine build. I suspect that you'd be very happy with your purchase.

As for lowering the price....you can decide what components are necessarily needed when comparing features and price point. For me....Id get a cheaper headset and monitor.

Or you could go for an AMD build.

What did you change? The PSU (I really like that choice by the way.  EVGA has outdone themselves on all fronts.) and the monitor? Both choices I would agree with.
