Help With Budget Laptop

I'm in the market for a laptop to replace my current old laptop and my ipad. I'm looking for something light with a good battery life, like 5+ hours hopefully, and 13-15 inch screen. I will be using it mainly for web use, movies, TV and stuff so nothing intensive. I was thinking a Transformer/Hybrid laptop that can also be a tablet, like the Surface 2 or Asus Transformer Book T100. My budget is about $300-400 AUD(emphasis on the Australian Dollar). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
