I think I have some Noctua NF-P14 PWM fans in my system at the moment, they're pretty good. The motherboard controls them based on how hot the system is.

 

In terms of fitting them, unscrew the old ones and screw in the new ones

 

And I hate to compliment someone on something twice, but what a very topical username you have

what are good case fans and how many can I fit into this case Azza CSAZ-XT1 B ATX Full Tower Case thanks in advance

Cooling System:

230mm Fan 1x230mm Red/Blue LED fan on the top 140mm Fan 1x140mm Red/Blue LED fan on the side,1x140mm LED in front 120mm Fan 1x120mm Fan in Rear
