PLEASE HELP!

I can't download any app from Google play. This was the following result before

I cleared cache/data Uninstalled Google play updates and Google play services update. But still nothing! I have tried to solve the issue by rebooting. After I Uninstalled the updates of Google Play Services, I can't login nor make a new account. This is the aftermath.

If I try to make a new account, it keeps on saying that 'ID' is not available. Please help me. I can't even play YouTube. I want to see Linus videos. Please for the sake of Linus, help me!

Have you actually tried turning it off and on again? Have you done anything recently that could make it no longer work (flashing / ROMs / Installing apps without the playstore / etc)

I didn't flashed or anything. I tried disabling the download manager and then turning it on but still the issue persists. Ofc I have downloaded apps from outside because the g play is not working.

What im trying to ask is if you went to the mass APK downlod sites (like piratebay among others) to download apps before this stopped working.
