Potential build

Hello everyone, I haven't been on this forum in a while. 

I recently bought a PS4 and I'm having as much fun as expected on it.

I've been thinking about building a small pc so as to play last gen games like Skyrim and to play my current steam games in better quality.

I used Logical increments Very Good as a reference, here is the basket http://www.ldlc.com/b-7f10019ceeb29cd6.html

 

How could I make it cheaper or better Price/performance. This build is not for playing newer games. I want a pc capable of playing last gens games like Skyrim in very good conditions.

 

Also is it WORTH it ? I have a ps4 and a ps3. I don't want to spend too much on it in case I don't use it much.
