Is the Nexus Player worth it?

RevoltTrain

I already have a Chromecast for my bedroom and love it, but I was looking to pick up something a bit more classy for my living room. Being an Android and Google fanboy my first look was the Nexus Player, but I was wondering, is it worth the $100USD price tag with the $20USD Google Play store credit?

I want to add to the music I have in my Google Play account as I've always used Spotify and this seems like a good way to do that and pick up a nice set-top box.

Have you used the Nexus Player, and if so, was it a good experience?

For 100 its  seems like a pretty good value, and the additional free credit is great too
