No, it's an inherent part of most mouse sensors. It's only a select few that are completely accurate.

Edit: Which isn't to say there isn't also acceleration you can turn on in the OS.

I know that the mouse I'll reccomend is not even close to 100€, but I have quite big hands and it's very comfortable + it works brilliantly in FPS games - Gigabyte M8000X

try a roccat savu i find them great for me and they can be had for less than 50$ sometimes (like it more than rat 7 or razer imperator

R.A.T 7 for fps and Logitech G600 for MMO's.
I wouldn't buy the G600. I normally blindly trust Logitech's products but it seems they effed things up this time. The laser seems to register mouse strokes delayed. Linus has mentioned this issue in one of his earlier live streams and there have been the exact same complaints on the Logitech forums as well.

Personally I like the R.A.T. (7) a lot :)!! Its a good mouse and hase some mod options to make it fit perfect
