Air cooler Effectiveness for AMD fx-4350

Hey folks, 

 

I am upgrading my processor in my computer and I was looking at a cooler for it that I find to be in my acceptable price range, I was just wondering if y'all could 'screen' this to notify me of any deficiencies this combo would have if any.  

 

All I mean is I am happy with this combo and I would like to know if this cooler is capable of keeping this CPU 'cool' (relatively speaking).

 

As I'm sure you can see I am still a little new to computer hardware so pardon any ignorance on my part please.

I have seen that cooler used on a lot of AMD FX 8xxx processors which are a lot hotter.

It will work better then awesome.

But don't OC with that MB
