Should I get a Monitor and drop the Chipset or jsut leave it out?

Okay, here you go:

If you tell me what color your titan black is, I can match to that. If you want, I can swap the memory out for a black or black/white kit, and change the case to white, and you'll have a nice stormtrooper (black/white) theme.

So I am still not sure what to do so I am getting help from the pros. My 2 decisions are stated below , the basic thing is should I get a PCBuild with a Monitor or upgrade the Chipset, but without monitor.

What am I doing:    I am doing is alot of gaming and alot of programming (with Visual Studio 2013) and some content creation.

I'd suggest build 1.

There's not really enough support for X99 at this point in time.

But then I also see why you'd go for build 2.

Sig under construction.

Neither. You spend way too much money on both of those builds to make any kind of sense from a price to performance standpoint.

I mean, $300 for a Z97 MoBo? $500 For an X99 MoBo?? WTF???

X99 is awfully expensive, has little support... even DDR4 RAM is twice or thrice as expensive(as DDR3) in some parts and it does not really provide any visible benefit unless you cannot do without raw computing power and need 3 or 4 way SLI/XFIRE. i7 4790K is a beast of a processor and paired with a good GPU will serve you as well as any 5820K.

When people are buying overpriced parts this is true.

With reasonable priced parts not so much.

Crucial Ballistic RAM 4X4GB

DDR3 $150

DDR4 $240

So 60% more expensive / not even close to twice as much.

Plus it's much faster so part of that cost is justified.

4790k is a good processor but I wouldn't call it a beast by any scale.

I can't believe you already own a titan black. That's just nuts. Way overkill from a price perspective, and isn't even the best amount of GPU(s) for the money. If you MUST spend $2k on the rest of your rig, you can do this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor  ($389.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Nepton 280L 122.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($117.27 @ TigerDirect)
Motherboard: MSI X99S SLI Plus ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard  ($204.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($199.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial MX100 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($199.69 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($101.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case  ($113.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($89.99 @ NCIX US)

This is ONLY worthwhile if you do more than just game. Games will NEVER make use of that CPU. Also, your monitor was the same panel as the one I included here, but arbitrarily more expensive. You keep buying things for "cool" or "name-brand" where it doesn't make any sense. $230 for a case? Why? It doesn't DO anything but hold your components. You can so easily tone things down and save money. Again, if this is only for gaming you should go Z97 with an i5-4690k and you can easily make do with 8GB of memory. I don't know why you're trying to throw money away.

Then just be aware you're throwing $100 down the drain for this for no practical benefit, and the case I included is still extremely similar including the PSU cover. I will never understand people who make that choice, especially when the reason that prompted this thread was "How can I afford all these parts I want?" when the answer is simply: "focus on price to performance and you'll get a better system for cheaper with all the upsides you ever wanted!"

I do believe you. I just think you're a bit nuts.

I jsut take that as a compliment. I have decided to go for first build and what I wanna try hope you can help is try to get the ASUS ROG Swift into my build. First thing I have in my mind is shrink down the Mobo to something else not sure where though D:

Then I gonna shrink down the case to the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe. Do you think I will be able to get 400 dollars somewhere out of this build?

Not with your priorities. If you cared about functionality over name brand and useless features, then easily, EASILY. I could help you with that. However, given what you've already said about my recommendations and how to fit everything in, I can't do it.

The thing is I am getting to GTX 980 or the kinda TITAN versions of them if it is the 980Ti or whatever in SLI so I am looking into getting the ASUS Rog Swift in my budget. WOuld you mind hlping me?

Okay, I'm having a hard time understanding what you're saying. The Titan black is a single card setup (even though that single card has two GPUs on it), so it doesn't require any fancy board. A SLI 980 setup can be done with a cheap $120-ish Z97 board. What exactly are your needs? Are you willing to sacrifice your preferences for the sake of fitting everything in? That's a $1k monitor you're talking about.

Well if you are in USA/CANADA/UK it is bound to be cheaper... for us in Asia... its over 350$ and them Dominator are $500 :|

I am not sure what you plan to do with your PC but going by real world performance increase in going to 4970 from a 3770 have been phenomenal. It saves at least 20 minutes on my rendering tasks and it works better than 3820. If productivity is not your standard for judgement then it is all up to you.

4790k -> 5820k/5930k is ~20-33% faster in rendering.
