Battery 99% "Note 4"

Hello everyone, so im here to report the potential issue that my note 4 battery while chargin stops at 99% (Snapdragon version-SM910F). Well i dont know if its a problem since for my search i found out that its a an overcharging safety measure. I have a friend with a (SM-910U) and his battery seems to have same problem, just worse (only charges to 89%) and therefore id like to know if you guys think this is a problem or is it just totally normal! Thank you.

Okay ill try that, but then again i should only do it once a month.

Seems pretty strange.

 

Try draining the battery the entire way then charge it up fully. If it helps, it might be worth repeating. This is for calibration.

I'm assuming it's just a bug with the GUI and that it actually fully charges still. I would submit a bug report if you can and do what was said above with the complete discharge ^

its not suppose to go to 100%, the phone stops to preserve reliability.

I had a similar problem on my laptop before using the super fast charging. Try charging at a lower rate such as from your computer. My laptop would stop charging at 90% to try to preserve battery health.
