PC restarting

I dont post here much, but i watch every video on the channel without fail. i have a problem, its not huge and i can live with the kinda sorta fix that i have been getting along with.

my problem is that my pc more often than not will restart itself after i have shut it down, and my fix i mentioned is literallyt just to turn it off again, im running windows 8.1, and it never happens a second time after i shut it down again, sometimes there is a lul in how often it happens, like i went nearly a week without it hapening at all, thinking the problem had fixed itself i was pretty annoyed to find that it had happened again, was basically wondering if anyone knew a cause for the problem or a fix.

Windows 8.1 64bit

msi H87-G43 motherboard

intel i5-4670 @3.40GHz

amd 7850 2gb oc edition

120gb kingston hyper x ssd

another 2tb hdd that i dont know the name of, it was installed in the original build which was a prebuilt system

8gb corsair vengance ram

sadly i cant remember anything abou my psu and it is beneath the psu shroud in my h440 so i cant see it.

i dont know my bios version
