1. Budget & Location
Canada BC want to spend around $900.

2. Aim
I like to play Arma 2 and Arma 3, Iracing, Dota 2, run a teamspeak server in the background, possibly record a little bit.

3. Monitors
I will start with one HD monitor that I have lying around at my house, hoping to upgrade to 2 HD monitors (Don't need 4k but if i get a 4k rig for $900 i'm cool with that)

4. Peripherals
I already have a mouse and keyboard.

5. Why are you upgrading?

My computer is fairly old, crashes if I push it to hard, and its my moms tower I put and extra 8gb of ram and a upgraded graphics card into :)

IF POSSIBLE I HATE AMD PROCESSORS AND PREFER NVIDIA GRAPHICS.

The benefits would be that you can overclock the CPU with that cooler, if you don't want to OC just skip the aftermarket cooler and save a few bucks. You'll be fine with the stock cooler as long as you're not overclocking.

Will it be better to get an all in one water cooler or that cooler you recommended

Not with a B85 board you can't. There are some non Z87/97 boards that allow overclocking, but it is better to go with a Zxx chipset.

I'd recommend the air cooler over a cheap water cooler any day. Here's the same build that I posted before but this time with a motherboard that supports OCing.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($244.48 @ Amazon Canada)
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($96.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($84.08 @ DirectCanada)

wait. Can you recommend a Nvidia Graphics card. I don't like AMD

was looking at this card, thoughts? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130933

That's almost the same card I have, I recommend it. But maybe consider this version of it because it has a $30.00 rebate. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121775&cm_re=gtx-_-14-121-775-_-Product  So you save $20 more than you would on the EVGA one, but both are great cards and it's up to you.
