AMD gvr ignoring me

Hey,

 

after upgrading my internet connection earlier today I decided to try and record some game footage and upload it somewhere just as a test. Unfortunately, gvr completely ignores me. I turned it on in raptr, but in game nothing works. None of the hotkeys produces any result. The overlay doesn't show no matter how may times I press the hotkey, same story with recording and anything else. I tried restarting the game, raptr, my pc, nothing. The game is wolfenstein the new order (I tried both fullscreen and fullscreen windowed, same with both). Any idea on why this happens and how to fix it?
