Frame drop in every game

I literally getting frame drop in every game except few like ( BF4 , AC BF , Middle earth Shadow of mordor ) and a huge frame drop in games like ( Bioshock Infinite , FC4 , borderlands , and lots of other games )

 

My gpu is R9 280x with i5 4690 and XFX 650W 80+ PSU

Frame drops are normal, your problem is probably tripple buffering being OFF, so dropping from 60 to like 58 it's actually dropping from 60 to 30. Try downloading D3DOverrider(Just open it, turn triple buffer ON, and launch the game), you'll be amazed about the improvement, specially in AC Black Flag.
