Intel cashback?

Hi,

 

I'm going to be purchasing an i7 5820k from amazon warehouse which is returned CPU's to save a few £. Am I still eligible for cashback? I had a skim over and I can't see anything regards to used (https://toptechcashback.com/uk/en/pages/cashback/terms). Also, if anyone has bought from amazon warehouse can you please screenshot what it says (please blur your details) so I can see; I've never bought from amazon warehouse before.
