FitBit Surge?

Is the FitBit surge worth $250. I would use all of its features, I work out regularly. I would enjoy a "smartwatch" that can be moved through a bunch of platforms but $250 seems a little expensive without knowing anything about it "reviews".

from my experience with anything that counts steps, is that they simply dont work. if it does more then that, then yeah. but any step counter right now is crap. you gain steps while you eat, and while you drive. its not that its the devices fault, but. yeah. 

 

dont know the other aspects. but for a step counter, dont pay to much. that being said, they do look nice, so if they provide a lot of other useful features, go for it.
