I recently Upgraded to this ram http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-128-KS and as you can see its 2400MHz but in my BOIS it says its only running at 1600MHz.

How do i fix this?

Thanks

Reset the BIOS and see what happens.

Enable XMP from BIOS.

Could you explain how to do this?

Since its older gen MSI board (taken that signature is correct), you might need to clock it higher by hand. If you have latest BIOS, settings is under Advaced/OC settings. Also the review of the board claims that you can't get it higher than 1866 which isn't really worth even trying.

Then changing it to XMP should be easy. Under AI Tweaker set AI Overclock Tuner to XMP. If that isn't right place, it should be somewhere close.
